Alpen Villa 5 puts you in the center of it, and the Iron Belle Trail runs right through the region for cyclists and hikers looking for real distance in real wilderness.
The condo is 1,000 square feet built for eight: two bedrooms, a full bathroom plus a half bath, a well-equipped kitchen, and a wood-burning fireplace with firewood provided. Grill on your private balcony, soak in the hot tub on the lower deck shared with Alpen Villa 6, and wind down at one of the two community firepits at the ends of the building. Inside, Pac-Man is always available.
Big Powderhorn Mountain Resort is steps away in winter. Come summer, this is a true four-season basecamp. Alpen Villa 5 connects to Alpen Villa 6 for groups of up to 16.

“Great stay for a family ski trip, ski in, ski out which was perfect. Although the units are older, the owners have made nice upgrades: comfortable, new beds, GREAT cookware/ kitchen, and nice amenities such as hot chocolate bar, coffee tea, spices- much more than a normal rental.
